This bumper is mounted on the docks surface, where there is no railing available, to help guide your boat into your slip. This bumper system mounts directly to the top of the dock and has two tie-down rope loops secured for easy docking. Included is the Sidekick mounting bracket, the mounting post, the boat fender and all necessary mounting hardware.
